Group Guidelines

Member Participation Required

All members are encouraged to help facilitate events. Inactive members may be removed.

RSVP and Attendance Policy

Please respond to event invitations decisively. Notify the host directly if your RSVP changes. Register only for events you plan to attend. Repeated no-shows, cancellations, or tardiness may result in loss of priority for future limited-capacity events.

Invite All Members Only

When creating events, please invite all members of St. Charles Homeschool Co-Op, not restricted to age limits and always coed. Do not open events up to the public, invite non-members, nor cross-promote without admin permission.

Hosts Cover Costs

It is the host's responsibility to pay for materials when leading classes. Hosts may ask for donations or collaborate with other members to share costs. Do not charge an attendance fee unless hiring a third party.

Be Courteous

Arrive on time, be kind, respectful, well-mannered, and refrain from gossiping or sharing confidential information. This goes for parents and children.

Focus on Homeschooling

Please keep discussion board posts relevant to all members and focused on homeschooling. Thanks for helping maintain a useful and beneficial space.
